To me just having a body is a LUXURY. To breath into, to stretch, flow and roll around. The more I invite movement to my body, the better I feel! Age is just a number, and as they say “if you don’t use it, you loose it!”. We all know staying fit is the key, but there is more into it than getting to your workout!

Below I am sharing 7 key ingredients to stay healthy and age with grace!

  1. Don’t put foreign objects into your body!  As long as you are not in a serious, life threatening condition, you should NEVER considering putting foreign objects like breast implants or fillers and botox into your body! In fact, it works the opposite way! instead of making you prettier, you will experience the premature aging. Here is why- People who are sick and receive transplants are ALSO receiving a drug called steroid every single day (and you don’t), to don’t reject the transplanted organ/object. So when a healthy person is  getting ”beauty injection/implants” or whatever the foreign object is, their body is constantly rejecting it and working hard 24/7 to get rid of the ”intruder” taking YOUR VITAL juices away from YOU for this battle! In result you end up loosing your hair, have dull dry skin, law energy and possible autoimmune illness…You paid a lot of money to look prettier, only to age faster…
  2. Make sure people in your imitate environment are no complainers. Bad mood is
    contagious, so surround yourself with happy, likeminded people. It is OKAY to protect yourself and escort some people from the VIP section of your life to a regular seat. So spend more time with people who bring out the best in you! Not the stress in you!
  3. Emotions. Life is hard, ups and downs. But a person who has good thoughts cannot be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick out teeth. But if you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely! We are all so critical of our bodies, we criticize and drow attention to every fold that seems out of place even though it’s quite perfectly in it’s place. It’s still your body, it’s still your blessing. Pay attention to every negative thought and replace it with a positive one!
  4. Cook your own food.
  5. Mind your own business.
  6. Lube up your SKIN 
  7. Don’ be Rasist.
